Slow-grilled over open flame — where ancient tradition meets the art of fire.
BoneFire was born from a single belief: that the oldest cooking method — fire — still makes the best food. Founded by the Omaia family in 2009, our restaurant carries generations of Arabic culinary heritage into every dish we serve.
We source lamb and chicken from local free-range farms, grind our own spice blends daily, and bake fresh pita every morning. Nothing here is rushed; everything is intentional.
"The lamb kebab is unlike anything I've had outside of Amman. Perfectly spiced, smoky, and tender. BoneFire is the real deal."
"Incredible atmosphere, incredible food. The mixed grill platter fed three of us and we still ordered baklava after. Will be back every week!"
"The hummus here is life-changing. Creamy, rich, with the perfect drizzle of olive oil. I also got the shawarma — absolutely outstanding."
